להלן עדכון שהגיע מחברת ZIM לדסק הים של פראגון לוגיסטיקה בע"מ - לגבי היטל Over Weight על מטענים המגיעים מטורקיה.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that as of July 1st , 2019 (sailing date) till further notice, we will charge a $50/Container - Over Weight Surcharge (OWS) on 20’ Containers loading in all Turkish Ports to all East/West Mediterranean, Black-Sea and North Europe Ports, with cargo weight 25 tons or more. 

These measures are necessary in order to maintain our current levels of service and high reliability.

• Above Surcharge is additional to the applicable base freight charge, bunker, security related and PSS charges as well as to other charges for additional services, local charges and contingency charges which are all provided in ZIM's Tariff Calculator (https://www.zim.com/tools/tariff-calculator ).

           ISRAEL IMPORT EMERGENCY IMBALANCE SURCHARGE (IEI)

Dear Valued Customer,

This is to advise you that as fm June 17-th 2019 sailing / bill of lading date, MSC will apply an ISRAEL IMPORT EMERGENCY IMBALANCE SURCHARGE (IEI)  for the amount of USD 100/cont dryvan /reefer/special equipment for all import cargo discharged at the ports of Ashdod and Haifa  ex Italy /  Balkans origins and for all import cargo discharged at the port of Ashdod only ex Turkey / Black Sea / Greece origins.

This surcharge will be on Collect basis in Israel regardless the terms of shipment and for all customers holding Bills of Lading with ports of discharge Ashdod and Haifa (ex Italy / Balkans) and port of discharge Ashdod (ex Turkey / Black Sea / Greece).

The Israel Import Emergency Imbalance Surcharge will replace the Ashdod Import Emergency Congestion Surcharge (ECS).
